THEY PUT YOU ON HOLD FOR OVER AN HOUR AT A TIME, THEN THEY DISCONNECT YOU. AND WHEN YOU FINALLY REACH SOMEONE AFTER HOURS OF TRYING, THEY ARE RUDE AND UNHELPFUL… THE WORST OF BUREAUCRACY WITH NO ACCOUNTABILITY.

EZpass is the sole provider of tolls in 49 US states and their means of collecting tolls are more unethical than Jeffery Epstein. They collect large sums of money from you upfront and you have no way of getting it back, rather than just billing as used which would make sense.
