    I have 10 disputes charges from tlc license plate attached on account. I rather close this account. This company is ignoring customers request and shutting down office for their benefits.

  130. Horrible customer service am a ez pass acc holder but these guys keep sending me violations and sending to collection with my plates add to my acc and ezpass plate mounted to my license plate. This company is just an utter failure in customer service and show no concern for their customers even paying ones at that.

  132. No option. Offices are closed, on phone need a whole day. Ezpass reader not working keep sending violation notices and if money in account keep charge again and again. Annoying situation. God bless America.

  135. Be ready to spend a good 45 minutes if you call them. “Customer service” just makes you go in circles to get something to attmept to resolve an issues but denies it at each step. They’ll take your money at every chance they get, forget trying to get any refund

  138. According to Google the office is open daily. I visited on January 23, 2023 to be greeted by a sign saying CLOSED INDEFINITELY. W hen calling EZ PASS to resolve a problem I was placed on hold for 45 minutes!!!!! Unacceptable way to service their users.
