  1. Parasitic organization. They already have my information on file and don’t bill me so they can collect fees, and then they have hours that make communicating with them impossible. Please abolish this organization.

  2. Love how you could have a violation, never know about it, and then get charged through the roof for it. This place is an embarrassment to the state

  3. Policies are terrible. Made payments online and then was told that i had a negative balance. Got citated, was told “Oh you should go through the lane to make sure!” RUDE.

  4. Newport bridge construction in June was a plain mistake. You had March through May and you guys did nothing. You’ve reduced Newport to a standstill during the day despite working around the clock. I want these hours upon hours of my life back.

  5. Horrible place to work. Too much bureaucracy for a simple service. Way too many supervisors and misplaced rules and regulations. No proper training is offered, it’s either your survive their picky way to work and tons of criticism or you waste your time until you quit.

  6. Very pleasant, took care of my issues and answered all my questions. I had a somewhat uncommon problem and it was handled promptly. What more could you ask for? A governent entity with value is a rare thing, particularly in RI. Hope the Hill doesn’t spoil things.

  25. Only open during usual business hours 9-5 mon, wed, and Fri.. so you’ll have to take the whole day off to wait in line over an hour because they are inept at their jobs. Avoid doing anything in person at all costs
