When you go in, take notice of all the posted signs telling customers NOT to do this or that. “Don’t talk in line,” “Don’t approach counter until you are called.” I felt like I was on Seinfeld’s “Soup Nazi” episode! With all the negative postings, why not at least one smiley face or something!
not much to review…. its kind of a monopoly, not like we have a choice… the customer service isnt great, nor is it horrible. not sure why google asked me to review a toll company, but its fine.
It’s convenient, but why up to 24 hours from the time I pay to the time I can use my transponder? It’s dishonest if my account tells me I have $50.00 available when it really isn’t available. If they debit my account or charge my card …
If you offer your customers a phone number for service issues and/or immediate assistance, someone should be available to answer during standard office hours right? Apparently the Wadsworth Dr. service center here in Richmond doesn’t see …
