Took 2 times to fix computer. I specifically asked in an email if it was done, I did not hear back. So 3 days went back again, I called and it was done. Good customer service would be to call when an order is done. Oh, and they also lost my computer cord. Not organized at all.

Keeping my Alienware ALX alive. Years ago a spent a lot of money on a Alienware desktop system. I’ve had it in to Brian for repairs a few times and he always fixes it fast at a reasonable price. They are my go to place for computer repairs from now on.
Do not get you internet service from here. I repeat don’t do it you will be extremely disappointed and even more disappointed with customer service on how they treat you.
