I’ve been a patient of Dr. Syms for several years now and would not go to anyone else. I’ve needed a couple ear surgeries and I assure you, if you need surgery or true expertise in this field – Syms is it. Oh my gosh – this has to be one of the worst Dr Offices anywhere – from the standpoint of being able to speak with a human.When you call; you get caught in Jail – the problem is – their phone systems doesn’t include all the options needed – so you end up NEVER speaking with anybody.
