Very rude customer service. They will do nothing to look into a situation. After years of no issues the current issue which was a new address was disregarded. This is a problem in the office the field guys do a great job.
Pretty sad when their meter reads a large usage of water but was never used. No leaks in or outside the house they found nothing but still charged us. No proof of the usage either but make you pay it any ways. smh
