Complete idiots. The office people are extremely rude, noone at this place knows how to do their job. To think that someone so incompetent is in charge of whether or not I have power is scary.

The people they send out in the company vehicles can’t drive! No turn signals used AT ALL. I almost got rear-ended, and when I tried to call to voice my complaint was put on hold endlessly. SMH.
