The staff was friendly but they charged me a 35$ refraction fee when I made it clear I did not want nor need glasses. Highly disappointed, will not be going back
I just know my son want be back there at least to see Dr keys my son couldn’t see out the glasses when they finally came back it took over a month to get them so sent them back and when they came back still couldn’t see and went back and Dr keys said there is nothing else he could do but still charged him just to tell him that
Literally worst place I’ve ever been! The staff.. is not helpful! I waited for two hours to see the ophthalmologist for 5 minutes.. will not come back! Do your self a favor and DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC!
I was a “traveler in distress and pain”. I want to thank Dr. Lewis and his staff for the professionalism shown during my treatment. They didn’t have to see me, but defined the essence of southern hospitality in helping me out. Folks in Anniston, are ,indeed, privileged to have East Alabama Eye Clinic. Can’t reccomend them enough.

They are very helpful. They never rush you like some doctor’s. And Dr.Lewis is one of the best eye surgeons in the Southeast.
