They provide water for a price, pay that fee and you don’t get a sob story about them being anti middle class. Grow up and pay your bills and stop blaming others.

Shut off my water! Haha. I couldn’t believe it. 100.00 in the rears due to an oversight and they shut it off. Scumbags. They said they phoned me, that was my warning. What a joke. Seriously… you call in to set up service and they give you 5 minutes of instructions on the phone so that you can go to their website, print out a form, fill it out, and scan it back to their office. ???? I didn’t know I worked for this company. HORRIBLE SERVICE.
I’ve had this co as my water co for a year now and I have no complaints. Other than a water leak they had at a hydrant by my house that they didnt fix for 6 months. It’s now fixed finally.
Terrible, cannot setup service over the phone or internet (gas, trash, electric, internet all can be)…must take time off work to go and coordinate services that can be completed remotely. No hours listed anywhere online, forcing a phone call and time out of the day.
Website has the user friendliness of a government website from 1993, but more convoluted and backwards. The inefficiencies and ineptitude in every thing about this organization exemplifies everything that is inferior about a
governmental organizations.
The online payment option isn’t working, had to call. The phone robot payment didn’t work and it took them 20 minutes to answer the call. I’ve had problems with the bill being emailed to me, only received it once in 5 months, just switched to paper bill. Not a great billing/payment service.

I don’t understand all the negative reviews. The people there have never been anything but good to me. I fell behind on the bill at one point and they were more than willing to work with me to get me caught up. All you have to do is communicate with them.
