The rates are absolutely horrible. A water bill should never be over $50 let alone nearly $200. Horrid rates. Do your research on utility companies before you buy a place.
I pay my bill all the time! But I’m always getting a disconnect notice, my water bill fluctuates between 60 and 160 , what the hell, and half the time they don’t read the meter but all they can say is oh well, sorry bunch of people!
I want to thank the 2 different representatives that came by my house to make sure we were ok since I had a leak. They were there and waited for us to fix the minor leak to assure my water stayed on and not have to be shut off.
