Water comes out when I open the faucet but that’s the only good thing. Only can setup auto pay mailing in a physical form with a voided check, have to get a physical bill mailed, and it goes on and on. The year is 2021, not 1991. Get with the times.
If anyone wants to start a class action law suit let me know. If this was any other business that wasn’t forced upon people like a monopoly they would have failed long ago. They charge more fees then any other service and still have the most out dated systems. Unwilling to work with customers and rude when you do get to talk to them.
