Absolutely insane to read our own meter and calculate your own water bill each month!! Please get out of the dinosaur ages and be innovative with a online bill pay system. So ridiculous!
Agree with other reviews. Needs to be online. Especially if you are going to charge such exorbitant late fees. If the fees are to encourage people to pay on time, then use the fees to update your 19th century bill pay. I still have to buy paper checks and this is the ONLY bill I use them for.

I suppose I’m happy and lucky to have running water and I am happy that we can pay online now, however the $2.50 fee for making a payment is ridiculous especially sense the only other option is dropping a check in the box at the office. The customer service could use some work!
The system is so outdated, must read own meter and make payment in person, no auto-pay or cards over the phone AND hours of operation are M-F 9am-4pm !!! Umm… People do have jobs!?! Late fees are outrageous and continue to go up daily …
After reading my own meter for 9 years(you’re welcome), they installed a fancy digital meter. Apparently a faulty one because it busted my line and sent 170,000 gallons of water down a drainage ditch. Thanks for the $1200 bill guys! Absolute terrible customer service!!!
Paid $805 to connect water to our property for them to say it be 2-4 weeks before someone would come out. Terrible customer service, unfriendly, and overall unhelpful. I would’ve never thought the new accounts lady had 20+ years in customer …
I tried to contact them to see what was going on with the water being shut off. There is no professionalism in how to resolve my concerns. Our water concerns should be number one priority to the business for the people and have a 24hr response team for any water Emergency questions.
I am a coustmer of this co. I wish there was another water co. I got my water turned off at 11:25 today after speaking with my husband he had forgotten to contact them on an error. Well we paid the full bill at 12: 25 my water was finally …
