Very very poor customer relations. Staff is very rude!!! You’re at their disposal they’re not at yours.
We’ve used them for about 20 years and have had no complaints.

Pay EXTRA for an additional recycling bin each quarter and then they never showed up. Stuck with 2 recycling bins that are FULL — can’t last another MONTH before the next pickup.
When I became a customer around 5 years ago they were very good but as time went on and the bigger and more customers they got there customer service went out the window. They have become very rude so I switched my service as they are not the only pick up in the east mountains.

Not sure where these bad reviews are coming from. We’ve been using them since we moved here about 9 years ago, and never had a problem. The driver has even gone out of his way to come up to the house to get our can when we forget to put it out.
Bart and his team went above and beyond of service for our roll off container orders delivered within 24hrs and replaced within 24hrs of the next order. I can not recommend them more and keep it local ! #NewMexicoTrue
