My wife and I are both elderly and had a difficult time getting to the North Kingstown office. Once we arrived we noticed one couple ahead of us. They continued a conversation for over 20 minutes. THERE WAS NO TESTING DONE DURING THIS TIME! We left without having the test we went there for. This is not a place for conversations!
