Its like pulling teeth trying to get labwork results from this office. Unacceptable.
Great service provider. Drs. And health providers listen carefully and expand any questions you may have.

Yet again another apathetic office worker here to “greet” me. The care from the doctor here (Walmer) has been great, but the office staff is either oblivious or crass – never sure what you are going to get.
Dr. Arce, has been my PCP for the past 3 years. I always enjoy seeing her. The staff is very friendly and prompt.
