  1. It drives me nuts to go to the brand new expensive building that is barely utilized – while they try to raise my rates and shut of my water if I’m a couple of weeks late. It’s maddening.

  2. Great customer service and nice to walk into a nicely cooled building during the summer days. Overall I had a good experience at the new building and with the staff available.

  3. Save water then pay very high bill. Absurd billing and you feel like there is no point in preserving water. I use less water in fall and winter and the bill STILL gets to $90. But hey it’s California control by Democrats..what you expect?

  4. I’ve lived in Highland for nearly 4 years now and have needed help from East Valley Water District a few times with billing or other issues. They have been very helpful each time and always taken care of my issues.

  5. These people suck. the vp’s make $100 to $300k and the customer service is poor. we bought a house and then got a disconnect notice because the previous owner did not pay the bill. We were moving 2 blocks to the new house but you CANT …

WORSE water company ever! their water bill is crazy expensive because the have their own way to do their formulation to calculate charges and they load you with late fees if you miss the due date by one day, and plus an extra fee over $20 for the delivery of notice… this have to be reported to some higher entity… !

  7. WORST WATER COMPANY EVER!!! If I didn’t have kids, I’d live off of gallon jugs just so I wouldn’t have to deal with them. Local thieves robbing people for water!!! $23 for delivering a letter, this company is a joke. I would love to go down there and give them a piece of my mind!!

  8. I read of customers complaining of $80 bill. My bill is $150 and my irrigation system has been off for about a month due to the milder weather and rains. In the warmer weather my irrigation runs for only 5 minutes each of the 4 areas. That …

  9. Great staff. I purposely go there to pay may bill because the staff is always courteous and very professional. The people that complain about the high rates should try using less of this very valuable resource. Thank you to the entire EV Water team for your outstanding efforts to make our community a better place to live.

  10. I wish the kiosk to pay your bill was better lit. It’s kind of hard to see the machine because it is in the shadows. I really like the convenience of paying your bill this way. I miss the drop box on Del Rosa Ave. It sure was convenient to drop your payment in there.

  11. I just moved in the area and needed help with converting my house from septic to sewer system. The engineers where very professional with guiding me how to begin the process. Also the customer service person was very polite and she assisted me with turning on the water utility.
