The Superintendent will bend over backwards to make sure his business is run properly and if there are any issues (such as water main breaks) that he and his guys are out there fixing them as quickly as possible regardless of rain, snow, shine, middle of the night, and even on holidays!
Don’t feel the need to let their customers know when there is a boil water advisory. The last time we had muddy looking water I called and the person answering the phone said there wasn’t a boil water advisory when there actually was. They should be REQUIRED to communicate with their customers better.
Great customer service! What a value they bring to my faucet every day. I have a friend in Swayzee Indiana who pays hundreds a month for water. Now, he does have a family of nine. But their water costs are extremely high due to a new water tower that was put up. Crazy Swayzee. Keep up the good work Bartholomew Water!
Our water has been out Friday, Monday and today. When contacting the office they were closed Friday due to the holiday, no boil order was ever given, nor was an outage recognized on the website. The person answering the phone on Monday …
Don’t work with people, & shut off services early as possible so they get more money. If you got their services move ASAP.
