  9. Once you get past the nasty, rude receptionist, the rest of the staff is top-notch. They say first impressions are very important but they have the wrong person making the first impression. Patients going there already have heart issues and the receptionist only exacerbates the problem. Old battle-ax needs to learn some customer service!
