  2. Every time I try to call and speak with someone I’m on hold for more than an hour. I’m wondering if the customer service department is even there or do they just ignore the calls waiting. Also, There prices are ridiculous!!! I’m sick of them.

  4. It seems the EMWD web site was designed to confuse not educate. It is the most poorly laid out site that I have tried to navigate in years, you click a subject and are sent to a completely different subject. Fire whoever is responsible for this fiasco.

  5. Never answers their phone!!! I was put on hold for over 45 minutes several times. When i finally got someone at the switchboard, he is so rude and wouldn’t listen to me just kept transferring me to the customer service option that no one answers! Absolutely the worse customer service ever!
