  12. The discipline of Angel at that facility, and Dr Maddox and the team’s expert advice helped me immensely. Hats off to all those, including the long time inpatients for the experience. If I go back, or to far forward, instead of focusing on the now, I would.go back here voluntarily again.

  13. Went 7/18/18 to the E.R. for a spider bite and had to get blood drawn along with antibiotics through the IV. This is how my arm looked as I was walking OUT the emergency room after being discharged. Very disappointed in their nurses lack of care and concern.

  16. I am extremely displeased with the lack of concern for patients at the minimal office level. I was simply inquiring regarding my child’s authorization/order. I was given the run around, and told they were not going to listen to me. I will …

  17. This hospital wants to tout all of it’s wonderful “community” dealings, but it lets it’s helicopter services fly directly over homes that have been there since before there was an Eastern NM medical center! So much for community concern…

  18. After waiting at Lovelace Regional Medical Center ER for over an hour with out being triage or seen, I decided to leave and go to ENMMC ER. As I walked thru the door I was immediately asked the nature of my visit by a triage nurse. I …

  27. This ER is a joke and a RN named Karen is the rudest nurse we’ve ever had. If you have any other option do not get treated here. If you want nurses and doctors who at least pretend to care, go to lovelace. …

  28. All the regular staff that did my procedures the.. the doctors the technicians the nurses were great the only reason I give it three stars cuz they had a traveling nurse helping them that day with my procedure and she was really rude, obnoxious and a know it all and was trying to tell all the others how to do their jobs.

  49. Unfortunately they don’t have lower than one star. Want the wrong medication go to medical center. Enjoy their derverse hiring. Nurses who follow Doctors orders try Lovelace. Hard to understand nurses who are unsanitary surgical/medical floor medical center. And this is just the beginning.

  51. I wish I could give this 0 stars. This hospital admitted my relative 10 days ago for Covid. He overcame that but they are now refusing to release him to his caretakers. His guardian and his power of attorney cannot remove him and they have been banned from hospital. ENMMC has essentially kidnapped him and are holding him hostage.

  141. First of all it’s in Roswell. I don’t think anyone needs an excuse to goto Roswell. The doctors and nursing staff were great when my mother had to be airlifted for a health item. Everyone that I met bent over backwards to get me the information that I needed to make good decisions about her health.
