  1. Not much can be said about the horrible internet but I have nothing but good things to say about the costumer rep (Daniela). She is knowledgeable when communicating about outages, which is often. She is always polite and professional. If only the Internet service was as top notch as her costumer service.

  4. Worst WiFi ever. Ping is low and you don’t even get all you data you pay for, For example we pay for 8mb/s and only get around 3-4mb/s with nothing on it so don’t get this WiFi it’s horriable speed and they rip people off.

  6. I recommend EOT to my friends and family. Any time I’ve had an issue, the employees at EOT do their best to help. We now switched our Interent provider to EOT at work. Great friendly service, and good prices.

  9. They tell you it’s running well while your on the phone with them and they were right after I got a call back it was running better at that time. Now it’s the next night and I will be surprised if this will even post it’s so slow. EOT is not worth the money and the headache to get quality service.

  10. Can’t write a review without hitting a star if I could there would be no star. Absolutely a waist of time and money. You can get internet from eot for like 50.00 get mostly 3 meg or you can pay the same with many other providers and get 100 + megs you decide.

  14. Service is always going down not reliable at all. Had service off 3-4 days a month on average yet never get discounted. You pay for a service not partial service. In the 6 months I have had them not one month has been full service. If you have other options I would at least consider.

  17. I pay $60/month for 20 mbs service and I top out at 1.3. I’ve talked to support probably 15 times at this point and they say they see nothing wrong on their end. I’ve had them walk me through several times to see if it was my end I even wound up wiping my entire computer to see if it was my end and still the same terrible speed.

  18. I had to have an increase in my mbps service beyond what Qwest could offer and EOT is the only service in Umatilla OR that could provide that. The tech support I’ve received from EOT goes above and beyond what I got from Qwest (Qwest try’s hard to keep you as a customer though).

  21. I’ve had EOT for almost two years and we have issues almost every month. If other providers serviced our area we’d switch. We also pay for the most expensive internet service that EOT provides. In addition trying to get through after 3pm is ridiculous!

Not to mention the install guy seemed extremely put out by having to install a new line, and did a slipshod job.
