Terrible…can’t get anything accomplished with hours of 8am-4pm. They should be open on Saturdays or at least be open until 6pm one day during the week. I wouldn’t recommend this bank.
I’ve been with EPFCU for 15 years and have never had an issue. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Although I do miss the Saturday hours they had in years past I’m a member for life.
