  1. I had other company and that company called to bad mouth Eastern Propane . I had great experience with Eastern Propane . They other company wanted to charge me $1000 to move there tanks out and then lied that it will cost me to suck out the propane from there tanks . Not once did Eastern propane say anything bad about the other company .

  2. I have been a customer since 1988 and since ownership has changed their customer service has suffered immensely. I could list many examples and I would not recommend them

  3. Day 3 with no propane. We have called two days in a row and have been told we are on their schedule for the day. Yet here I sit in a freezing cold house and unable to cook on my stove. The lack of concern has been daunting.

  4. I can’t say anything especially good about Eastern, but Michael from the new “Superior” company went out of his way to help me with personal attention and follow up emails.

  5. 1/2 star would be more appropriate. I am shocked that there are any reviews at 4 or above. Shocked. The miscommunication at this company and lack of accountability at their office is astronomical.

  6. It’s way to expensive, we are being charged a head of time. We never are able to be on zero balance with them. Not sure if all the companies are this costly we only lived in sussex for 2 years, and still trying to figure things out.

  7. My most recent experience with Eastern Propane is that they are turning things around for the better. Should you have any issues, your best bet is to contact the district manager directly to get things resolved.

  8. I wholeheartedly agree with Michelle – since they’ve been acquired by the larger corporation, their customer service isn’t very good anymore. Sad, they used to be a decent company. They should definitely hire more people if understaffed.
