Why is our time not as important than theirs? Every time I’ve been to the Chesterfield office I’ve had to wait. Today, it’s been an hour and I still haven’t seen the doctor. I’ll be looking for another office.

They had the waiting room stuffed to the point where people had to go outside and wait in the hallway. I have waited way past my appointment time and am still not in the room yet. If you do not have 6 hours of your day to waste, I wouldn’t consider coming here.

Misdiagnosed! Given 4 samples to tryout. Immediately left without any explanation. Medicines did not work at all. Called and secretary talked me out of getting any other medications citing they were too expensive. Still have my original issue. Anyone have a Dr. worth wasting my time to see?

Nice facility with friendly personnel. I was called into exam room promptly but it took awhile for doctor to see me. After he treated me he took the time to answer my questions which I greatly appreciated.

Appointment time=time you are scheduled to see the doctor. No waiting for more than 5 minutes ever. Doctor is thorough and explains everything that pertains to what she plans on doing and why. My questions are always answered to my level of understanding.
This office is great. They are attentive, get you in and out with little wait time to see a doctor and they stay on top of the newest and best ways to treat skin. I was very impressed how they treated my son’s burn. The office staff is great too.
