The employees are very knowledgeable about products and insurance benefits. I went to another medical supply 3 times before going to Eastside. The other medical supply store was a disaster. I called Eastside, they knew exactly what I needed. I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes.
We wanted to order an XL size & the manager refused to order that size. The socks do not fit & they are not returnable. We are out $46. Now we order the CORRECT size somewhere else.
James did a wonderful job helping me find an athletic tape to help correct issues with my back. He was very knowledgeable and even gave suggestions on how to place the tape and other recommendations to help with pain management. Thank you James!
