Experience was wonderful was in for my husband, he was taken back immediately and the staff was so amazing to my kids and I ad we waited. I can’t thank the staff enough for being so caring and considerate it really means a lot!!

I hate that no matter how long you’ve had a permanent disease you cannot get refills without an appointment.
Nice to have a place close by, but waiting more than an hour at the specialty clinic is unacceptable.

I don’t know how this place is running still! Wasted my whole day there to be seen for 5 sec. Then they send my scripts to a pharmacy where I don’t live after specifically telling them which one I want twice.
This was my first visit to the medical center, my wife was the patient. The friendliness of the staff was off the chart. Some pun intended. The surgery staff from sign in, to prep, to surgery (Dr. Kenyon ), to post op was fantastic. If I ever need medical attention, I hope I have the choice to pick Eaton Rapids Medical Center.
I had a total knee replacement surgery done. I couldn’t ask for better care and when it comes time for my other knee, I’ll definitely request having it done at Eaton rapids medical center.
