  1. Multiple communication problems with customer service from the beginning that continue. Getting info or something addressed is an ordeal. Unfortunately they are the only option.

  2. It’s good to have fast reliable internet. Fiber that doesn’t compromise on speed and that doesn’t slow down when the neighbors get on (like Charter/Spectrum, Fairpoint, etc. slows).

  9. Extremely fast internet speed. Super quick home installation. Linemen did a great job getting wire to home. Installation guy was extremely efficient and knowledgeable. Only suggestion coordinate so both are done either same day or next work day. Thanks.

  11. Horrible experience with this company. Customer service rep couldn’t answer simple questions and hung up on me several times. No one seems to know what is happening with a new service install. Unfortunately they are the only game in town so that get to act this way.
