  2. You can look up Spectrum Utilities Solutions if you want to see reviews from before their recent name change. Out of all the places I’ve lived I’ve never had such an inconvenient and overpriced utility bill. This company owes me a bottle of Advil for the headaches they have caused me.

  3. My apartment complex uses this utility company and they are not good at all. The customer service is terrible. They charge an insane amount of gas and water. You have to pay $2.50 extra per $50 as a convenience pay if you pay online, so we always end up paying at least $5 more per month. I would not recommend them at all.

  5. The only way to pay your bill is by check, money order, or credit/debit ACH with a convenience fee of $2.50 per $50 spent. That is crazy. There is literally no free way to pay your bill. No matter what you do, you have to PAY to pay a bill. Checks, money orders, and stamps are NOT FREE. Unacceptable.

  8. I did not find a way to automatically pay bills, even though the company webpage puts pay bills easier or something along the lines, and now must manually enter bills.

  9. If you can find another service, consider that. Online payments have a $2.50 fee per $50. So even if your bill is $55, you have to pay a $5 fee. Absolutely ridiculous there’s not a flat fee or something similar if you have to do it that way.

  10. Horribble. This company is absolutely horrible. Formerly Spectrum Utilities Solutions, how operating as Edge Utilities. No one answers their phone during normal business hours. They have no ACH option or free ways to pay your bill. Their systems are extremely antiquated.
