I’ve had a really poor experience with them. The clinical portion was great but getting the glasses that I had ordered, communication and billing was really horrible. Very unorganized in my experience.

I have trusted the clinic and Dr. Karrick for several years. A year ago, he caught the beginnings of a problem and made a quick referral to a specialist and helped me get a jump on it. Recently, he had to deliver so not-so-good news to me and did it in a very simple and sensitive manner. A very good place and person to go to for help.
