I was going to do online banking when I saw the average reviews for this bank was 2.1. I’ve been with this bank for 20 years. It had growing pains meaning the lines were often long. After the change in name, more growing pains. But there has been only 1 employee I thought was not competent to handle others money. I give it 4 stars.
After 12 years of being a customer at this bank they threaten to end my membership for owing $3.50 which I had no knowledge of owing. Once I called the Manager was rude. I’m ending my membership and paying the $3.50 immediately. I’ll never trust these folks with my money again!!!!
