I’m about to take my full trash cans up to the office in Placerville and dump it on the doorstep some weeks they take my garbage and some they don’t even though the bill is paid… Driving me nuts

They take care of you on the inside but I sat on hold for almost 30 minutes and I ended up just hanging up. Work on that El Dorado Disposal.
the MRF facility seemed to be disorganised–had only one clerk trying to process the trucks going in on one side and the residential customers on the other side of the kiosk, so it took about 5 minutes per car.
Thank you guys for working so hard and always being 100% dependable, professional and one of the few things we can count on in these crazy times!

When is recycle day in Diamond Springs Mobile Home Park? It’s Wednesday the 10th. I thought it was today. My Recycle is still full on the curb along with other residents. Being this is a Mobile Home Park we don’t get schedules. Instead we act like cows if one puts it out there blah blah blah

I use this place weekly and I have the same size trailer with the exact same amount of garbage and these stupid people charge me a different price every time. Staff are helpful. The only issue is that there is almost always a line of cars waiting to get in, which is understandable: they can’t let everyone in at once otherwise not enough room to park the car before unloading. They accept lithium ion batteries, paint, and etc.

You can never be sure what they will charge. Every 3 months I collect my household waste in 4 containers in my pickup with the addition area filled to top of bed. The price has varied from $19 to a ripoff of $37. Don’t try to dispute the price!
Jason is the greatest driver around! Our son absolutely loves garbage trucks and we are outside almost every week when the trash gets collected. Our driver, Jason, always waves to our son and gives him a little honk. He has even stopped to give our son a toy garbage truck!! We are so lucky to have a driver like him

The main trash can is miniature. The yard and recycled are larger cans, but they only pick up these up once every other week. It’s not enough. Trash piles up.
