Unprofessional , biased staff, low standards.
Most workers speak with accent’s which are hard to understand.
They do not like to approve hours of service, physical therapy and other service needs.
The nurse came here and was afraid of cats and because, I had boxes ( from moving in) They can’t except me. Dogs either. I already found a better insurance than them. I have never heard such stupidity! I have a brother they are worried who is going to take care of him. My mother is it’s none of their business!
