Very disappointing . Tried to close account for 6 weeks because we moved out of state. Almost $2,000.00 in the account and was sent a check for $.02 and when asked for an answer was informed I had to wait until Monday because they could not help me. NOT OK.
This place is always putting my account on hold for SOMETHING! I had to call in every other day last week so they would take a hold off of my account. When I do call in, they send me on a wild goose chase and say that I am not accessing my account correctly, which ends up with me calling them again because what they told me didn’t work.
