I’ve been banking here for 20 years and never had a bad experience. Staff has been consistently friendly and helpful, and the redesigned space works super well.
Do not believe the hype. Elevations has assessed more fees than I had ever seen at a big bank. Furthermore, they are unwilling to work to resolve complaints.
If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. When I complained about the wait, the young girl behind the front desk dropped the f*** bomb on me. Too bad, because I have always been treated decently at the Longmont branches.

Do not access them for student loans, interest is high and all extra payments do to interest based on 20 year repayment vs principle. Outrageous, so making lots of extra payments paid 20 years of interest of future interest!
