We have had Elite’s service for a couple of years now and are very happy with them. They are very responsive and friendly and do an excellent job!
I’m not a customer but these guys like to use my driveway as a pull through turn around. Every time they do it the Ring goes off and the dogs go nuts. I work from home and it’s incredibly annoying for someone whom is not even supposed to be here to cause interruptions.
Horrible service. Missed three pick up days in a row. Lied and tried telling me they did. Security cameras show otherwise. Trash has piled up and they say they can’t get it all. Rude and argumentative. Had to call half a dozen times to get through. No way to leave a message since voicemail is full.
A family owned business with lovely office staff and always respectful sanitation workers. During the holidays, a lot of business get backed up, give people a break. They aren’t the only ones who get overwhelmed. The negative comment isn’t necessary. Thank you.
Elite has been taking care of our trash and recycling for a few years. They are hard working and reliable. We appreciate the great service they have always provided. Highly recommended.
Experienced constant delays in picking up trash due to tracks being down. Numerous times of picking up days. Requested an additional trash can and took a 2 weeks to get delivered.
Not efficient concierge, missed pick up four weeks straight. No customer service to call confirm and check information about account. I would definitely not recommend their service. I will update my review if they address our concern and rectify.
No one answers, haven’t had garbage pickup in over 10 days and.being charged. Supposed to be twice a week.
