My rating before surgery was a 5 for office visits. Dropped 1 after March. If you doctors has PA , ask you is doing the Abdominal surgery for the ALIF!! The PA bills for part of the surgery and never met the general surgeon, I was told I would have a vascular surgeon . Be very careful.
