Tanya and the front office staff have been wonderful! In the last year or so there have been some significant stuff changes that have positively impacted their customer service!
Very helpful and professional on phone, had a tech crew out to my house within 4 hours, crew was respectful and professional as well. Very happy with their service.
They are a horride place that knows they control if you have water or not. They have borderline illegal business practices and there is nothing you can do about it. I once went to city hall Elk Grove told it’s private and there is nothing anyone can do about their price gouging and highly unethical business practices.
Terrible! The office ladies there are incredibly rude! They will often lose your payment and make YOU do all the leg work to prove it was cashed because they don’t have proper accounting principles to locate payments.
Other than Cindy, EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER is RUDE and unhelpful. EGW will not life a finger to help solve issues. They never listen to what you say and have the worst customer service I’ve ever come across
