Your Friday hours and Friday phone response are very inconvenient. If you had Saturday hours it would be helpful but since you do not I never expect my Friday calls to be returned until the next Monday. If only I could find a job where my work week was 36 hours then I could be more understanding.
Their billings department is horrible. I’ve had numerous phone conversations with them over the years and their ability to do the job is questionable. They close at 5, but stop answering their phones at 4:30. Tried calling their switch board and they had already turned on their answering machine at 4:45. What a joke.

I thought I could run in and do a blood draw in a half way decent time, ordered from my doctor. I get there and I was eighth in line. It appeared there were only 2 doing labs. I’m sorry but a 45 minute wait was not acceptable. I left thououghly disgusted.

Dr. Ahuja is a great doctor and I like him very much but he is never on time, It’s usually a minimum of a half an hour after my appointment time before the nurse comes to get me. There has even been times where I have waited almost an hour and have had to complain.
