I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The older woman that works there is just plain rude and unprofessional. I needed to get a brace for my 10 year old and she said there was nothing she could do for me. I will never go back there again.
I wish I could give a 0 stars too. The lady that answered the phone on the morning of Oct 29th 2019 did nothing to help me with my questions. She definitely didnt care about earning my business. I told her I would just go to Max Medical in Abingdon and her answer to that was “ok”. So Max Medical will have my business from now on!
I have always had prompt pleasant interactions securing CPAP supplies.

Wish I could give no stars.. Total bullcrap. I was on hold for 1/2 an hour for having 1 simple question about their products. Must not need my business. I heard customer service was poor but this is unreal. Never did take my call. (And I was next in line)
I called the other day and ask why my daughter haven’t received her cpap machine which was order in last oct. And it was like pulling teeth. It was just excuses after excuses. And then she said she would look into it and call my daughter. Which never happened. So if this how you run a business maybe it should be closed.
