Great place
Coz they have done a great job, helping me with my pain.
Great folks
Staff and Doctors are wonderful very respectful and helpful to your needs.
Wait time is bullsh!t, the Dr’s has way too many people to see. Wait times almost two hours.
Stay away from any “Doctor” that betrayed his/her hippocratic oath.
Caved to big pharma. Mandates for all patients. Bye bye.
Jeremy is a life saver to my family!!
The staff is great. I don’t know where I would be had I not been a patient here. Great job Ellis staff. Thanks for everything.
Deciding to not care for unvaccinated patients is an absolute disgrace.
Amazing doctors and nurses. Very compassionate. They encourage and listen to there patients.
By far the worst, they think they can talk and treat there patients like a bag of dirt, especially Amber!!!!
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!
An absolutely horrible experience. I never once was treated by a doctor. Every visit was with a nurse practitioner who treated me like I was some kind of criminal or drug seeker. My pain was not treated or controlled effectively at any …
Entire staff are friendly been coming here for 4yrs now never had any issues..Jeremy is my doctor best doctor I’ve had all my 39 yrs on earth.and danielle the nurse is my favorite too but I live the whole staff
The assistant that makes appointment over the phone is rude didn’t put my correct time in the system so I wasn’t able to be seen which cost me to miss another important appointment
I have been a patient for about 7 years or more. I have seen almost every Doctor there. Including Dr. Ellis and Dr. Hughes… I know basically every person in the office .They see My mother who is 73 yrs old (completely physically disabled) …
If your looking for a pain management, then Ellis Pain Management is the place to go! Everyone of the staff members including both doctors, are very caring and top notch. Love this place!
Doctors and nurses and staff are all so caring and selfless. Take time with you. Listen to your needs and find ways to help you. I feel blessed by God to be able to come here. Would definitely recommend this to anyone else.
My only wish is that the lunch times are shown on the website. I showed up for a 12:40pm appointment. All the staff returned back from lunch at 12:40pm. There was a line out-the-door in 90degree weather. By the time I met with the nurse, it was 1:36pm.
Very wonderful place, and staff!!! I have only had a few problems but the staff was very quick to fix my problems. Jeremy and Danielle are the best team together!!! Very quick to get you in and out!!! Always answers any questions that you …
I went to Ellis Pain Center for approx. 7 years and always found everyone to be first rate in every manner. I had a number of epidurals with Dr. Hughes and there is not anyone who could be more knowledgeable or gentle with a patient. Thank you!
This”Dr” intentionally hurt me several times & drugged me (I didn’t say medicated I said drugged..) . He’s refused to remove a device he implanted abandoning me Another time I complained for 8 long months telling him something was wrong. I …
1st visit Amber put me on stepdown program cutting 1 of my meds in half..I have COPD and surgeons won’t touch me,won’t come off ventilation so meds is all i got for relief or injections…next time i go to appt. Dr gonna start taking my other meds..4x day to 3x day…….IT’S OVER AT ELLIS..NO HELP THERE
Terrible staff competency! My elderly parents recently moved to the area and were referred to Ellis Pain Center for management of my father’s chronic pain from a neck/back injury. His GP made several referrals and the Ellis staff had “no …
I see Gentry Tolbert, she is very friendly and helpful as a Ehlers Danlos patient it is hard to find a doctor that understands my pain and is willing to work with me she is a God send very blessed that I found her. All the staff has been …
I have been going to ElliS Pain Clinic since 2006. I am in constant pain & would be worse if it was not for them. I understand their reasons for pill count, uranalysis, swab, etc. They are controlled by the DEA because of the dispensing of …
The whole staff including the Doctors took the time to review my MRI with. Showed me what was going on in my lower back so now I understand. No other Pain Doctors ever did that for me. I’m very happy with Ellis Pain center. I would recommend them to anyone
I had my first visit there yesterday. Everyone was polite and friendly. Dr. Ellis was very helpful as we discussed the complexities of my medical status. I look forward to Dr. Ellis helping me with my ongoing pain. As to the person who …
Best staff and doctor’s they always listen very well, I am 34 years old and have had 9 surgeries including my hand, enlar nerve surgery, shoulder, and lower back surgery. In the past other places always looked on me as a young kid and yes …
I’ve had covid, I have the anti bodies, tested negative for covid. Now they are telling me I have to be vacinnated to get medical attention.
Last year there was no mandate to have a flu shot. …
Ellis pain center is the best one for me. Doctor Ellis is a very wonderful man who listens to you and tries to help you deal with the chronic pain. I’m impressed by the way doctor Ellis doesn’t just give you pain pills. The doctor runs tests to find out why you hurt.
Horrific going in as new patient, horrific going out when I moved away, and difficult but tolerable in between. The office staff whose job is to check in and out are polite, but everyone I spoke to about anything else was rude. The …
I have been a patient here for three years now.
I live in Toccoa, GA, four miles from the South Carolina border so this is not a convenient location for me; Ellis Pain Clinic is well worth the drive …
I wouldn’t recommend Ellis pain management to anybody. I never felt comfortable with his assistant Cortney. You can tell she looks at every black person the same. If you are white, you receive the up most care. I called and left a message …
I have been a patient here for 5 years. I have had way too many surgeries to count but both shoulders have been replaced and 2 spinal surgeries. I also have a prosthesis in one elbow and knee. I have arthritis everywhere and I have …
So far not so bad! Jeremy is my P.A, and seems genuinely concerned about me as his patient. I came into Ellis from Ancora. Dr. Holiday accused me of having another medication in my system. Jeremy listened to me, heard me out, which is a lot …
This pain management clinic really has no empathy for anyone in pain. They will expel you from the clinic over a verbal misunderstanding even after you’ve been their patient for over 15 years. They will cut your medications and when told …
I hesitated providing this review as I feared retaliation but this needs to be said. I was under Dr. Ellis’s care and according to my records, THEY missed two (2) appointments that they scheduled. Had a procedure at St. Mary’s hospital on …
I have been to countless pain doctors for injections. Went yesterday and Dr. Ellis did an amazing job on the numbing of the sites and the injections were barely felt. I have never had an successful injection till yesterday. I am not saying …

I’ve been coming to Dr. Ellis for years. For many of those years he was a caring and compassionate Dr. He even said I was the poster child for pain mgmt. Then right in the middle of the covid outbreak, his office started cutting back on …
Was a patient for a few years. Courtney was always great (until I wouldn’t get the vaccine.) They refused to keep seeing me and I can’t get in with another doc until end of March. I called and asked if they could see me one more time just …
I went there for non-cancer pain of thoracic spine. They explained that injections weren’t covered by insurance and considered “investigational.” So, they didn’t do much except prescribe a low dose of Tramadol my PCP wouldn’t. After 6 …
