Very bad customer service. The system is retarded. Everything is manual and no automatic payment enrollment. You will have to do that manually by attaching a void check and sending the form by mail.
If there was a half star that’s what these thieves would get. It takes them over three years to fix a broken meter. Furthermore it takes them three years to tell you that the meter is broken. A bunch of scamming thieves.

The man replacing the water meter broke the handle off of the main shut off when switching out the water meter. Then said it wasn’t his fault. Did not want to give any stars but its the only way to post a review.

They are a joke of a department who ever is in charge of this department needs to start actually doing there job, quit or get fired,
