One enhancement I would like to suggest is to have the account description listed next to the account number when transferring funds from one account to another.

I had a poor experience applying for a loan, but a senior leader (Terry V.) from Embark did call me directly, asking about my experience and how they could improve their services for the future. I appreciated that, and it demonstrated to me that they did value my membership, even though early on I had some doubts.
Totally different environment than a bank in that Embark made us feel like a valued member. Very friendly and they get the job done. I recommend it gladly. Good people, good service.
