For the short time we’ve had epud. No issues. Great customer service. I just wish y’all had some kind of program for getting people a generac. Especially those in the rural areas. It’s much needed, and other companies offer it.
Had power from EPUD for 21 years in rural Junction City. Exceptional company. Very few outages to speak of for first 20 years, Last 2 or 3 years outages were few and far between and usually caused by storms or idiots running into power poles.

The power goes out a full day sometimes for the most dumb reasons. Terrible power source.
They responded to a phone call fast and sent someone out to fix power lines in some trees very fast services
The tiered system is not affordable for families or properties with shops or a well. It automatically puts you in the highest paying tier.

Quick to fix outages. Tiered-billing is a crock. Bill excedes $300 in the winter now just using our heat pump-afraid to use the furnace.
Great utility provider. Excellent to do business with and very fair. They are solar friendly and willing to work with you on your bills.
