I recently had to call for an ambulance because my wife had fallen and needed to go to the hospital.the fire department showed up first and stay till they showed up 15 minuts later they took they sweet time getting there the guys from the fire station took better care of her then the ambulance did
I was in an recently in an accident on Thursday, November 16, 2017. I sustained injuries due to it. These professionals not only took excellent care of my injuries but aided in calming me down. My hats off to E. Rossi and his partner for your help. I can’t thank you enough
I know times are crazy right now. But how can you close at 4:30-5 while some people are still waiting to be seen?? My father is in immense pain, waiting in your PARKING LOT to be seen. A 3 hour wait time, which is complete bull.
I’ve been waiting over 3 hours for a transport for my mother. All I get is excuses. Well, this company is a a sorry excuse for patient care. I would give less than 1 star if possible.
They came and took my son from children’s express to Hamot and they made an already scary situation for my son pleasant and they were so kind. I wish I remembered their names, but they were great.

I remember riding in the ambulance and they were doing a great job and making me feel better.
They came and took my son from children’s express to Hamot and they made an already scary situation for my son pleasant and they were so kind. I wish I remembered their names, but they were great.
