Our daughter had surgery at Emory last week and the experience was excellent! I do feel some education by the medical team was a tad lacking but the care was excellent.
I didn’t really like the Cancer center. People that were supposed to help with directions around the hospital seemed rude. Especially the guy at the Encology desk
I been going to Emory 10 years. The Docters, Nurses and the other Staff are very Professional. I never had a bad experience there. If you had to go to a Hospital, Emory is the Hospital to go.
Ridiculous amount of unnecessary bureaucracy and paperwork. How hard is it to get a medical release form and send it? They insisted that I fax it and refused to even give me the option of emailing the medical authorization form even though no one under the age of 30 has a fax machine. Do better, Emory.
Trying to reach their business office. I received correspondence with the incorrect billing information listed for me. I called the number and the automated system said I was the NEXT caller in line. I waited 5 mins and then the line went …
TERRIBLE service. They literally give you a room and don’t say anything to you for an hour at a time. I can barely walk but I have to keep getting up to make sure someone is coming in here. The extra star was only BC they have valet. After …
Been here Several Times. All the Doctors and Nurses are incredibly nice and thorough. It’s a timely process, but it’s worth it. They check you head to toe before they clear you for your surgery. Really smart people down here.
Had a major surgery and everyone was so nice at Emory. I normally have bad, long lasting experiences with doctors and the staff.
Big Thanks to my surgery team, I felt like you took great care of me as promised before the surgery!!!
Professional, compassionate staff! I was sent, by ambulance, as a direct admit, from AL. They had a room ready, knew my history & were well prepared for my arrival. The transfer of care was very smooth & as uneventful as I can imagine it should have been. Thank you for your excellent care!
Sorry for the poor service I see reported…we have been nothing but happy with our experience as patient and spouse on 8 South of The Tower!
All of the staff have been helpful, caring and knowledgeable. Physicians are …
Do not come here!!! Been waiting for over 4 hrs to be evaluated. You will be better off going somewhere else. No sense of urgency WHATSOEVER. Their excuse is….tons of people are coming in sick on ambulances. Well, I guess everybody else that came in a car better write your obituary.
Been sitting in the ER for over 6 hours with my husband. The bathroom has been used in constant rotation, yet NOONE has come to clean it. That is ridiculous, especially right now during COVID. They should be ashamed of themselves for not adhering to cleanliness procedures.
Overall a good hospital. But their scheduling system is a nightmare. You have to call multiple numbers and navigate a maze to make an appointment for something already ordered. They need to invest in their IT department. …
Good job Cardiac lab! I had the most amazing experience with a very thorough and caring staff member who went above and beyond to meet the needs of a patient. Lisa Bond (Elisa) took so much time to help me accommodate the needs of a patient …
Kept me in Er for 24 hours befor I got a room. Terrible hospital. Breakfast came every day at 11am. Doctor was bad. Needed a pulmonaligist n she wouldn’t get one. Nothing she’s done has made me better. Leaving as sick as I came. Room was hot. Maintenance never came. They never cleaned the room or bedding. Wouldn’t send my dog here
My wait time was long, I arrived at 1pm and wasn’t seen till after 7pm. However the service I received made it worth while. My nurse Cassandra was awesome she renewed my view of the medical field (having past bad experiences with medical …

My Ick is watching a tik tok video of nurses who seem incredibly arrogant and rude and I feel bad for any women who have been under their care, disgusting.
My Ick is when people with no empathy go for jobs that require empathy and understanding. I never understood the mean girls in high school going into health care.
If I could give it zero stars I would. My ick is having unprofessional nurses in labor & delivery making tik toks about how they hate working with pregnant women ( patients ) lol bye. Ur staff is a joke.
Check out the nurses ick tik tok. Fire them immediately. I’m due in 4 weeks and this made me cringe. Horrible nursing. Shouldn’t be nurses if you feel that way. HR do better and handle this
It’s beyond embarrassing and disgusting how your staff treats mothers going into labor. Grown women acting like this? Crazy. Not only that but you guys “apology“ letter was far from sympathetic. Treat your guest better and do better bye.
Call me old but when I use make doctors appointments in the pass I was able to see them the same year. Every time I try to make an appointment other than my primary doctor at Emory, I am being told six to eight months for an appointment. That goes for anything from a stomach doctor to an allergist.
It is simply disgusting to know what kind of nursing staff I’d being employed in the L & D department. Hannah Hinton posted a beautiful video of how some of the staff feel about pregnant patients. As a healthcare worker it was appalling and …
Emory University Hospital
Great doctors
Great experience here.
Excellent
I felt like I was in good hands.
This is good hospital for every one like me
Unprofessional nurses
Some of the best Healthcare in the southeast.
Perhaps it’s a good idea to give some recognition where it’s due on successfully treating Ebola patients.

I am a liver transplant patient. Was at Emory for almost two months. Emory saved my life!

That ick video said it all! Do not bring a baby into this world here.
Do better.
Terrible! Absolutely terrible nurses and staff. Rude and lazy did not want to do the job THEY applied for. Never recommend this hospital to anybody!!!
The fact that your nurses signed up to be L&D nurses and complain about patients. That’s an ICK. Should be embarrassed by your staff
The video these nurses posted would make any sane individual sick to their stomach. What a pathetic group of healthcare “professionals”
