  1. Truly terrible management – I moved out three months ago and still no security deposit. I have called three times a week for three months, and emailed over 20 times.

  2. Worst experience ever. I still don’t have a soft or hard copy of my lease. There is no hot water in the building and there’s simply noone you can reach out to who will help.

  4. AVOID RENTING from this horrid company. I would rate -100 stars if it was an option. All of the terrifying reviews above are accurate. Clearly they put the same level of effort into all of their buildings…. none.

  5. All these negative reviews for nothing, I’ve rented at 3 West 36th and never had or heard of any complaints, communication with the super and the new porter there is very respectful and helpful. Love what they did with the building new design.

  6. THE ABSOLUTE WORST management to deal with. It has been over 7 months since they told me they are sending me my security deposit. Never responds to emails nor answers their phones. Never gives clear answers. Biggest headache. DO NOT LIVE IN THEIR PROPERTIES YOU WILL REGRET.

  7. 330 East 52nd st, 5 month now and still no Gas and no washer dryers. Requested for rent abatement and still no response!! They have hired cheapest contractor to fix Gas leak and blame things on ConEd , when its absolutely their fault. Avoid them if possible!

I’ve put a ton of money into this apartment to make it livable because management/super won’t help with anything.
