Internet service is worse than Fusion who they bought out and thats saying something. Internet went out last night at 10 pm and now its 7 am still no internet. What the heck?
This is an awesome high speed internet and phone line service I ever discovered and will be sharing this to everybody that I know that needs GOOD SERVICE and BUDGET FRIENDLY!
So far they have been to our house five times to set up internet still no service they just told me they have no idea when they will be out to fix the problem and finish the installation WOW
First of the month and my Internet is down. I have auto pay and the 3rd party associates do not have access to reconnect my Internet. What’s a 24/7 service if you are unable to help the customer. BY THE WAY, I DID MENTION THAT I HAVE AUTO PAY!!!
