If you aren’t white I wouldn’t risk banking with this bank. Their policy is to call police on any non-white person depositing a large check. Not worth the risk!
This Emprise Bank branch has very professional and helpful personal bankers. Mallorie McGaffin is very knowledgeable, and assisted in a disputed charge. The amount was credited back, and eventually fully refunded.
This branch has extremely quick drive-thru service, very rarely does it take longer than 5 minutes total! Usually I go inside to conduct my business, even then it’s a quick process. The fast, friendly tellers know me by name and the Personal Bankers, Malorie and Tristan make me feel welcome every time.
