Ridiculously long wait time! Felt like I was at the DMV. Also woke up during my procedure and awoken at the end of my procedure with a swollen wrist and multiple needle stabs as they tried to reinsert and restart the anesthesia. Never again.
Appointment was at 11:30 well its after 12:30 and I’m still waiting ! Haven’t had food for 2 days. Hungry , stomch gurgling , sugar low and I’m miserable .

Terrible experience. Relative had a 10:15 APPT and got called back at noon. No explanation. No apology. Nothing. Had coffee and tea for those waiting but thats it. Been to other outpatient centers for similar procedures and had great experiences there. Will never return and will never use Dr Levin again!!!!

The Endo Center is great. I’ve been there multiple times for both endoscopies and colonoscopies. The staff is always efficient but friendly. They see a lot of patients every day but doctors and nurses spend time with you both before and after your procedure to explain everything and to answer any questions. Highly recommend!

I was treated kindly and made as comfortable as possible. I was a little chilly and they provided me a warmed blanket. It was immaculately clean.
The staff is extremely friendly and concerned about your comfort, safety and your needs. If I ever needed anything else done that can be done there, that is where I am going. 5 is even too low of a rating.

Terrible experience. Relative had a 10:15 APPT and got called back at noon. No explanation. No apology. Nothing. Had coffee and tea for those waiting but thats it. Been to other outpatient centers for similar procedures and had great experiences there. Will never return and will never use Dr Levin again!!!!

The Endo Center is great. I’ve been there multiple times for both endoscopies and colonoscopies. The staff is always efficient but friendly. They see a lot of patients every day but doctors and nurses spend time with you both before and after your procedure to explain everything and to answer any questions. Highly recommend!
